3. No-Show Policy:

   • If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee equivalent to £50 deposit will be retained. The full fee must be paid upfront for any future appointments.

4. Rescheduling Appointments:

   • If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling within the 24-hour window may incur a rescheduling fee of 25% of the treatment cost.

5. Emergency Situations:

6. Deposit Policy:

Appointment Booking and Deposit

• To secure an appointment slot following your free consultation, a deposit of £50 is required.

• The £50 deposit is necessary to confirm your booking and will be applied towards the cost of your treatment.

• This deposit helps us manage our schedule efficiently and ensures that appointment times are reserved specifically for you.

Deposit Policy

Transferable Deposits

Non-Refundable Deposits​
